Here we are! This picture was taken on June 11, 2004. We are on our way to our daughter Ashley's high school graduation (she was Valedictorian of her class!) In the photo from left to right is Ashley, our son Lukas, next is middle daughter Emily, my husband Eldon, Laurie (that's me!), and down in front are our identical twins, Kari and Kaitlyn

........and here we are again! This photo was taken on June 16, 2006. This time we are at our son Lukas' graduation (he was Salutatorian of his class!) I'm not a proud Mom, huh?!?!

Another graduation! This was taken June 13, 2009 when our second daughter, Emily, graduated from Washougal High School! This was a very busy day for us, as earlier in the day, and on the opposite side of the state, Ashley graduated from college! (See photo below!)

Ashley graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Summa Cum Laude with Honors from Eastern Washington University!

One more picture! Eldon and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by going on a week-long Alaskan cruise! ~Summer 2009

Hello! My name is Laurie Johnson. Welcome to Prindle Mountain Primitives! I have been crafting since I was a tiny little girl, and fell in love with primitives a few years ago. I had a few raggedies left over from a local craft show, and decided to try my hand on eBay. I did okay, but noticed that the dolls that were really doing well were grungy and really primitive. I dumped some coffee on my dolls, and they sold extremely well! I was pretty excited, although my family thought that I had gone mad!!!

My husband and I live on a 50 acre farm at the base of Prindle Mountain in beautiful Southwest Washington State. It's been a wonderful place to raise our five wonderful children as well as a flock of sheep and several cows! I am truly blessed!

Hope you see something you like here today, and if you ever have any ideas of products you would like to see in the future, send me an e-mail, as I am always open to new ideas in my designs. If you're ever in the Portland/Vancouver area around holiday bazaar time, look me up at the Crafts Unlimited Bazaar the first weekend in November, as well as the Prairie High School Bazaar the Saturday after Thanksgiving! These shows are worth the trip!!!

Primitive blessings,
~Laurie
